Introduction

The Gene Scoper is based on constant chain substitu-tion and polymerase reaction for synthetic amplifica-tion of specific genes, using the characteristic that thetime elapsed when the fluorescence signal in thereaction tube reaches a set threshold correlates withthe starting copy number of that template,measuringthe fluorescence signal through the fluorescencedetection system, and analyzes the gene to be tested inthe sample.
